We operate completely differently to the rest of the mainstream. Standard practise is to give you a construction cost so you get handed back a shell on a sandpit with a lot of items not included and 30-40% contingencies are normal. Then you usually have to do the entire fitout yourself and with no interior designer to help you or minimal options of. You have to run around town and do all the leg work and hope you get the interior selections right! That’s risky for most.
With us, we include absolutely everything including your own personal interior designer so you get a completely finished product ready to move into right down to furnishings, styling and making your bed so you just have to walk in the front door and it’s like you have just bought the most beautiful display home tailor made for you.
